This Vendor Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and code of conduct for all vendors, professionals, and service providers (“Vendors”) registered on the Growfirst platform.
By registering as a vendor and offering your services through our platform, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable terms and conditions.

1. Purpose

The goal of this policy is to maintain a fair, transparent, and trustworthy environment for both vendors and customers. It ensures that all services delivered through Growfirst  meet the platform’s quality, safety, and reliability standards.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To become a verified Growfirst  Vendor, you must:

* Be at least **18 years old** and legally eligible to conduct business in India.
* Provide valid identification, business documents, and certifications (as required for your service category).
* Maintain updated contact, payment, and service information on your profile.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you agree to:

* Deliver services **professionally**, **punctually**, and **as described**.
* Maintain a **high standard of service quality**, customer interaction, and hygiene (where applicable).
* Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials used are safe and in good condition.
* Comply with all local laws, safety regulations, and service standards relevant to your business.
* Respect customer privacy and never misuse customer data obtained through the platform.
* Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior.

4. Service Listings

* Vendors must provide **accurate and complete** information about their services, pricing, and availability.
* Misleading descriptions, hidden charges, or false claims may result in **suspension or removal** from the platform.
* Any changes to service details must be promptly updated in your vendor dashboard.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

* Accept and confirm bookings only when you are available.
* Notify customers or the platform immediately if you are unable to fulfill a booking.
* Repeated cancellations or delays may affect your vendor rating and visibility on the platform.

6. Payments & Commission

* Payments will be processed through **Growfirst ’s** secure system.
* The platform may charge a **service commission** or **transaction fee** for each completed booking.
* Payouts will be credited to the vendor’s registered account as per the defined schedule (e.g., weekly/biweekly).
* Any applicable taxes (GST, TDS, etc.) will be deducted or must be borne by the vendor as per Indian law.

7. Ratings & Reviews

* Customers can rate and review your services after completion.
* Vendors are expected to maintain a **minimum rating threshold** to continue on the platform.
* Do not attempt to manipulate or fake reviews — any such action will lead to account suspension.

8. Code of Conduct

Vendors must:

* Treat customers and staff with **respect and professionalism**.
* Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
* Follow the platform’s **safety, privacy, and content guidelines** at all times.
* Wear appropriate attire or uniforms if required for your service category.
* Avoid direct solicitation of customers outside the **Growfirst ** platform.

9. Quality & Compliance Checks

* **Growfirst ** reserves the right to conduct random quality inspections, feedback audits, or compliance reviews.
* Non-compliance or repeated poor performance may lead to temporary suspension or permanent deactivation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account if you:

* Violate this policy or our Terms & Conditions.
* Receive consistent negative feedback or complaints.
* Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities against customers or the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Growfirst  acts only as a service facilitator and does not guarantee job volume, income, or specific results.
The platform is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from third-party actions, service delays, or vendor negligence.

12. Policy Updates

Growfirst  may modify or update this Vendor Policy from time to time.
All updates will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
